Typically, all clothes are ready the next day after 6 p.m., but if you want same-day service, just let the counter person know. (For same-day service, clothes should be dropped off before 9 am).

Sadly, no chemical capable of removing all stains without damaging the clothes has been invented. But we try our very best to remove stains even if it means washing the garment 3 or 4 times. Our stain removal rating is about 90%

If a garment gets damaged while in our possession, which it won't, we will take full responsibility and reimburse you ten times the amount it cost you to get the garment clean.

Absolutely. We offer great incentive and discounts for referrals. Ask at your next visit or give us a call at 919-438-0450.

For every customer that comes in from your referral, a $10 credit will be applied to your account. They just have to mention your first name and telephone number.

At the moment, we do not offer same-day service for pickup & delivery services
