Deluxe Cleaners has been in business since 1981. Our family run business, along with our considerate and informative staffs, aims to provide top-quality services at all times. For almost four decade, we have provided the Triangle residents with convenient, professional and affordable dry cleaning and laundry services.

General Questions


  • Are there any fabrics you don't clean?

    We clean all fabrics. Leather, Suede, Silk, we clean them all.

  • Do I need to sort my clothes into colored, darks, and white?

    Leave the cleaning to us, we'll do all the sorting.

  • How long does cleaning take?

    Typically, all clothes are ready the next day after 6 p.m., but if you want same-day service, just let the counter person know. (For same-day service, clothes should be dropped off before 9 am).

  • Which items should be dry-cleaned, and which should be laundered?

    Dress shirts should be laundered and anything else can be dry-cleaned but be rest assured that we check the labels of all garments before we decide how to clean it

  • Can you remove all stains?

    Sadly, no chemical capable of removing all stains without damaging the clothes has been invented. But we try our very best to remove stains even if it means washing the garment 3 or 4 times. Our stain removal rating is about 90% 😉

  • What if my clothes are damaged?

    If a garment gets damaged while in our possession, which it won't, we will take full responsibility and reimburse you ten times the amount it cost you to get the garment clean.

  • Can I offer Deluxe Cleaners services as a bonus at my company/business? How do I do so?

    Absolutely. We offer great incentive and discounts for referrals. Ask at your next visit or give us a call at 919-438-0450

  • Can I earn rewards for sharing Deluxe Cleaners services with my friends and how do I do so?

    For every customer that comes in from your referral, a $10 credit will be applied to your account. They just have to mention your first name and telephone number.

Pick Up & Delivery Services


  • How do I order pick up & delivery services?

    You can order through website Order Online form. We also have a new ordering app in development!

  • Do you offer same day service?

    At the moment, we do not offer same-day service for pickup & delivery services

  • Can I order by phone or email?

    Yes, you can order by phone or email.

  • Do I get to keep the laundry bag?

    Absolutely! It's all yours.

  • Can I add extra items to my order during pickup?

    Yes, you can. Just let us know about it so we can keep track of the extra item.

  • Can I receive a delivery if I'm not home?

    Yes, you can. However, we advise that you authorize someone else to stand in for you when your clothes are delivered.

  • Can I select a time preference for pick up & delivery?

    Yes, you can. You can even select a place you want it delivered to.

  • Do I need to identify stains on my garments? How do I do so?

    Yes, you can. Just leave a note when making your order. Psst! We also check for stains 😉

  • What time will you come by?

    We will come by at the most convenient time for you. It's all up to you.

Billing & Payment


  • Do you accept tips?

    Sorry, we don't accept tips, but we appreciate your generosity.

  • How do I cancel my Deluxe Renew subscription?

    You can email or call us with the request.
